1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and x44my ("Platform", "us"). By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the x44my platform — whether through the website, mobile application or any other digital channel — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the x44my platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use the x44my platform, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Registration and use of the platform by individuals who do not meet these eligibility requirements is strictly prohibited, and such accounts may be terminated without notice.

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the x44my platform. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different name, email, mobile number or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being terminated and balances returned after review.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including their full name as per their identity card, an active mobile number and a valid email address. Users are responsible for updating their account information should any changes occur.

The account password is entirely the user's responsibility. x44my recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing login details with any party. The platform will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

x44my offers a range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysia users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH).

Deposit and withdrawal terms are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: Within approximately 1 hour after the request is verified.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name.
• x44my does not accept deposits from third parties or payment methods not registered in the user's name.

x44my reserves the right to require users to complete an identity verification process (KYC) before approving a first withdrawal or high-value withdrawals. This process is part of the platform's commitment to security and anti-money laundering.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

x44my offers various incentives to eligible users, including a welcome bonus for new members. Each bonus and promotion is subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

Welcome Bonus: 100% match on the first deposit up to RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100, bringing the balance to RM200 — and the user must wager RM1,500 (RM100 × 15) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and will result in all bonuses being voided.
• x44my reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.

6. Game Rules

Users acknowledge and agree that:

Breaching any of the above prohibitions gives x44my the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and report the activity to the relevant authorities.

In any circumstance, x44my's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

Any material amendments will be communicated to users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, unless the amendment is required immediately for legal or security reasons.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws relevant to the international licensing under which x44my operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process before any legal proceedings are initiated.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
